The staff taken very professional approach in their practice and much care and attention is shown to those they treat. I have experienced a pleasant change in my health on the completion of the treatments undertaken. I was allergic to cold from past ten years and use to be suffered from cold and cough even in little cold which then persists for a long time even more than 2 months for some tiime but after treatment at Maharshi Charak Ayurveda Now imy resistance power has increased and i m free from my problem and will certainly be pleased to recommend the center to colleagues and any one who are searching for a holistic approach to health and the removal of the causes of illness.

The training has been a valuable asset to my current profession as a massage therapist. More importantly, the enthusiastic one on one with the staff here at the center has made me realize how much more there is to know about the wonderful world of Ayurvedic medicine. I did the intensive one-week Ayurveda and Yoga training with Dr. Rajesh and to say the least I was extremely impressed with the standard of the course. The course itself was very demanding but as it was well designed it was easier to understand the theoretical concepts as the course progressed. As for the practical component of the course, I had the pleasure to be massaged by 3 different Kerala therapists, who come from 3 different training schools in Kerala, so that I could benefit from their varied expertise. The best part of the course for me was the practical, as I had the best masseur, Rajeev, working with me massaging different volunteers. This was essential to enable me to follow his moves and so grasp the whole complexity and rhythm of the movements. The whole course was well supervised by Dr. Rajesh and Dr. Anurag, my Yogi Guru during my Yoga training. I am also very thankful to Dr. Rajesh for arranging hotel, airport transfer, etc. Overall, this is a fantastic course and I couldn’t have chosen a better centre to do it in. I highly recommend this course and hope you will have as much fun as I did. We may even meet on the Diploma course, which will be my next step.

During my two week Ayurveda Therapy Course at Maharshi Charak Ayurveda Clinic & research Center, my eyes were opened to a world of wisdom taught by Dr. Rajesh and his therapists in the clinic. Not only was the theory interesting and factual but the practical work was helpful in understanding how to apply the theory, Not to mention fun and very relaxing! Ayurveda Course (2 weeks Intensive) The time spent with Dr. Rajesh and his team at Maharshi Charak Ayurveda Centre has been very informative. Firstly it changed my (like many others) misconception that Ayurveda is connected only to Kerala, infact now I realize the most valuable herbs comes from the north, the Himalayas and also local to Rajasthan. The Ayurvedic treatments I learnt were taught beautifully because they were conducted in the traditional methods. The practical training was structured where one gets to watch, perform and experience each treatment taught by Dr. Rajesh and the lovely therapists. The theory was interesting because of Dr. Rajesh’s in-depth knowledge, answered all my questions. Overall a great experience.
